What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs.

Occupational therapists use play to help kids perform in every area of daily life. Occupational Therapists can help children master life skills such as:

  • Bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth, and self-feeding.
  • Developing emotional regulation and social skills by practicing self regulation strategies.
  • Improving fine and gross motor skills needed for play, extra curricular and academic success.

My mission is to be in your corner, offering unwavering support through the ups and downs of your journey.
